What we handle

Eight things, done by the same crew that picks up your phone call.

No subcontractors getting handed your gate code. Same truck week to week, same hands on the equipment when something needs fixing.

01 Weekly pool maintenance Chemistry, brushing, baskets, filter check — every visit.
02 Pool repairs Diagnosis first, parts second. We tell you what's actually wrong.
03 Pump replacement Old pump out, new pump in, plumbing cleaned up.
04 Filter repair Cartridge, DE, and sand systems — rebuilt or replaced.
05 Heater repair Gas and electric. Diagnosed before parts get ordered.
06 Leak detection Dye test, pressure test, and plaster inspection at the source.
07 Pool inspections Pre-purchase walk-throughs with a written report.
08 Pool remodeling Resurfacing, tile, coping and deck work, in phases.
Pump replacement in progress — old beige pump pulled aside, new black pump set in place, fresh PVC cuts and primer on the equipment pad.
Pump swap — Preston Hollow, last Tuesday morning.

Who you're calling

Sawnie founded Sunbeam Pools to do this one thing well, for neighbors he knows by name.

Sunbeam Pools is locally owned and community-focused. Small enough that the person you talk to on the phone is usually the person standing on your deck.

Repair-first

Most pool problems aren't mysteries. They just need somebody who slows down.

Heater throwing an ignition code. Pump pulling air. A pad that's losing an inch of water every two days. We start with a real diagnosis — dye test, pressure test, plaster inspection — before anyone gets quoted on parts they don't need.

  • Leak detection with dye and pressure testing
  • Heater & pump diagnosis on the first visit
  • Written estimate before any work begins
  • Pre-purchase pool inspections with a report

Where we work
